PC Gamers: All our PC Gamers are covered by a 3-year warranty . This warranty assures you that your machine is protected against any manufacturing defects for an extended period of time, allowing you to play with confidence.
Workstations: For our Workstations, we go even further. We offer an extended 5 year warranty. So you can count on stable, reliable performance for your most demanding professional tasks.
Components: When you choose Radiance for your PC components, you also get a solid warranty. The warranty period for our components can vary from 2 to 5 years, depending on the specific product. We invite you to consult the page dedicated to each component to find out precisely the number of years of warranty assigned to it.
Having a problem with your computer after the warranty has expired?
Contact us and we will do our best to resolve your problem and send you parts at the lowest possible price (factory price in most cases) or provide the necessary labor.
What to do in case of trouble
If you encounter a problem with your Radiance PC, here is the procedure to follow:
- Contact us: Visit our contact page or send us an email to tell us what problem you are having. Our technical support team will guide you through the process.
- Diagnosis: We will carry out a remote diagnosis to assess the situation and determine the best solution.
- Repair or Replacement: Depending on the severity of the problem, we will take the necessary steps to repair your PC or replace it if necessary.
- Product Return: If a repair or replacement is necessary, we will arrange the return of your product. Shipping costs are covered by Radiance.
- Return to you: Once the problem is resolved, we will return your PC to you as soon as possible.
General Warranty Conditions
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not include damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or non-conforming modifications.
- Return costs are covered by Radiance only during the warranty period.
