How do our PC customizations work?

  • 1. Define your needs

    It all starts with a clear idea of what you plan to use your future computer for. For example:

    • Would you like to play? If so, what games? Do you want to do office work?
    • Do you have a specific goal, like reaching a certain FPS on a specific game?

    These details will help us design a PC that perfectly meets your expectations.

  • 2. Get in touch

    Once you have identified your needs, contact us by one of the following means:

  • 3. Validation and payment

    Once we have found the perfect configuration for you, we will send you a quote by email. You can then finalize your order directly on our website. Good to know: payment in 3 installments with Klarna is available!

  • 4. Preparation and shipping

    - If all the components of your PC are in stock, your order will be prepared within 24 working hours and shipped the next day. You can then receive it within 72 hours at home or at a relay point (Colissimo)

    - If some components are not available, the shipping time may be extended by 2 to 5 working days .

Exceptions to this warranty:

Availability in France: If a component is not available on the French market, we will not be able to integrate it into your PC. We will find equivalent components.

Proprietary Brand Components: If a competitor uses one or more of their own brand components that are not available for purchase, we will offer an equivalent alternative component.

If the manufacturer is not based in France: This is not always the case, but depending on the country of origin, the market may differ. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the possibility of rebuilding the PC, although it is feasible in the majority of cases.

Absolutely! If you wish, we can provide you with test videos on the game(s) of your choice to evaluate the performance.

What budget should I plan for?

Our customizations adapt to all needs, with configurations ranging from €300 to €4,000.

Is it mandatory to choose from the models offered on your site?

No, you also have the option to create your own completely customized configuration, from A to Z.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, payment in installments is possible through Klarna.

Can we come and collect our PC on site?

Yes, you can pick up your PC directly in Auriol (13390), located 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
