How do our PC customizations work?

Step 1: Define your needs

It all starts with a clear idea of what you plan to use your future computer for. For example:

Would you like to play? If so, what games?
Do you have a specific goal, like reaching a certain FPS number in a specific game?

These details will help us design a PC that perfectly matches your expectations.

Step 2: Contact us

Once you have identified your needs, contact us by one of the following means:

Step 3: Validation and payment

Once we have found the perfect configuration for you, we will send you a quote by email. You can then finalize your order directly on our website. Good to know: payment in 3 installments with Klarna is available!

Step 4: Preparation and shipping

If all the components of your PC are in stock, your order will be prepared within 24 working hours and shipped the next day. You can then receive it within 72 hours at home or at a relay point (Colissimo) it takes 2 more days for Mondial Relay.
If some components are not available, the shipping time may be extended by 3 to 5 working days .

Availability in France: If a component is not available on the French market, we will not be able to integrate it into your PC. We will find equivalent components.

If the manufacturer is not based in France:
This is not always the case, but depending on the country of origin, the market may differ. Thus, we cannot guarantee the possibility of rebuilding the PC, although it is feasible in the majority of cases.

No, you also have the option to create your own completely customized configuration, from A to Z.

Can we come and collect our PC on site?

Yes, you can pick up your PC directly in Auriol (13390), located 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
