Return Time
You have 30 days from receipt of your package to return an item.
Return or Exchange Procedure
If an item you have purchased does not work or is not suitable for you, please contact us using our site messaging or by email at returns@radiancegaming.co. Tell us your problem and we will send you a return slip to make the process easier. You can drop off the item at a relay point near you. Once we have received the returned item and have inspected it (checking if all the components are still in the PC), we will refund you in full (delivery included).
Return fees
Return costs are covered in full by Radiance.
Returnable Items
All of our items, including sale items, can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. No item is excluded from our returns policy.
