J'ai fait personnaliser mon PC sur la base du Aqua, je suis choquée comme le PC est performant et trop beau. J'ai cherché un bon PC pendant plus d'un mois, je suis juste trop contente d'être tombée sur Radiance c'est vraiment pas cher du tout pour la qualité. En plus Loïc est très sympa et pro, ça se voit qu'il veut bien faire. Bref je suis trop contente, je recommande

Bon pc mais il fallait installé d'autres choses

J'ai acheté ce pc et je suis satisfait mais il fallait désinstallé la carte réseau et de re téléchargé une autre avec une plus récente versions et m'être la carte graphique à jour épuis faire avant tout cela une mise à jour Windows (windows update)épuis faire toutes les options demander à installé sur Windows et faut mieux avoir un câble ethernet pour une meilleure connexion si vous jouez à par ex: forza horizon 5 qui rajoute des fps, j'ai reçu 165 fps sur forza en médium settings.et si vous voulais bien mètre le pc à jour avec tout les options que j'ai précisé opté pour chat gpt pour expliquer et vous guider en vocale.

All our PCs are delivered fully configured and ready to use. Upon receipt, simply plug them in and start using them straight away, without requiring any additional setup.

What to do if there is a problem with the PC?

Upon receipt of your device, you will benefit from a 2-year warranty. During this period, you have the possibility to return your PC for warranty support.

How to make a warranty return request?

All you need to do is contact us and describe the problem you are experiencing.

How to return your PC?

We will send you a return slip to affix to the package. Then, you can drop off your PC at a relay point (Colissimo or Relais Colis, according to the instructions specified in the email accompanying the slip).

What is the repair time?

The repair time depends on the problem encountered and the period of sending the PC. The repair time can be up to 2 weeks, but in most cases it is shorter.

💡 Good to know: The entire process, from shipping to repair, is completely free for all our customers. It is best to keep the original packaging in case of need for return.

Can I return my PC for a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return it to us if you are not satisfied. You just need to ask us for a return slip. The refund will be made upon receipt of the product.
