Where do you deliver and do you offer relay point delivery?

At Radiance we deliver throughout France and many countries in Europe including Germany, Poland, Italy, UK, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco and Switzerland.

Yes, we also offer delivery to a relay point by Colissimo.

Are your PCs delivered ready to use and assembled?

Yes, all our PCs come fully configured and ready to use. Windows is installed and activated. Upon receipt, simply plug them in and start using them straight away, without requiring any additional setup.

What should I do if the product does not suit me?

If the product does not suit you, you can return it for free within 30 days. Simply contact us and request a return slip.

There are no final sale items, so you can return any product for a refund.

Can we pick up our PC on site? If so, where?

Yes, of course! You can pick up your PC directly in Auriol (13390). Just contact us in advance so we can prepare it.

What should I do if my PC has a problem?

During the warranty period (2 years for all our PCs, except in cases of extension), simply contact us if you have a problem. We will analyze the situation with you and, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with a Colissimo return slip. Simply affix it to the PC box and drop it off at a collection point.

We'll receive it within 48 hours and proceed with the repair, usually within 2 days. However, if parts need to be ordered, it may take longer (up to 1 to 2 weeks). Once repaired, your PC will be returned and delivered to you within 48 hours.
